Best practice meets theory

img and the University of Mannheim are working together to examine and define Customer and Digital Experience Excellence (C/DXE) from a scientific as well as practical perspective, thereby creating a standard work on the subject. 

The drivers behind this project are Jürgen Rösger, co-founder and managing director of the Digital Academy@MBS as well as managing director of img, and Prof. Dr. Florian Stahl, owner of the Chair of Quantitative Marketing and Consumer Behavior at the University of Mannheim.
